SUBJECT: Law Article 537. 9, paragraph 7 - Income limits annual decree.
Dear Minister.
Following the closure of the Parliament is still not resolved the annual presentation of the decree pursuant to Section 7 - art. 9 - Law 537 of 1993 on the maximum parameters of income to enable continuity in the conduct of Defence housing.
In fact, the last Decree issued by you and approved by the Court of Auditors, still refers to income generated by households in 2003 and is Euro 35,388.14. For the year
2004 were provided in the draft decree 35,918.36 Euro but this parameter is not passed to commands. However it is still not satisfied with regard to the income which the 2005 Mod CUD for employees and retirees are already being distributed.
Commands Well, in the absence of provisions still apply, the income limit laid down for the year 2003, and then initiate procedures for the enforcement of debts accordingly.
E 'is quite clear that this situation is not sustainable, even by the administration itself indefensible defense.
Families are forced to bear expensive legal fees, with all the associated risks. The Committee
CASADIRITTO poses to the attention of this Act no longer required to delay and please, even under a repeatedly demonstrated sensitivity, remedying and provisionally to suspend any recovery operation, before being issued, which is logical , decrees relating to income 2004 and 2005.
